Hi Guys, got a portrait photo of an SA man wearing his awards...happy to know what the WW1 medal bar is and also the eagle at the bottom is the Schlesischer Adler Orden First Class,...but what is the badge in between the two? Cheers, Torsten.

What happened to the medal in 3rd place? He lost it before the photo was taken? It should be the Schlesischer Adler Orden 2nd Class.

no idea...I thought that maybe it would have been permitted to just wear the ribbon and not the medal to go with it? Or maybe, he had indeed lost it...? Cheers, Torsten.

Hi, he is wearing the Schlesischer Adler First Class award below the Braunschweig Auflage just underneath his shoulder belt...the missing award that was referred to is the that should be hanging on that third ribbon on the right of the medal bar and I also think that should have been he Schlesischer Adler Second Class.
