Please, can someone post a picture of this badge (obverse and reverse) or the badge being worn? I´d like to know its main features, as well as history and regulations. I´ve checked this website but couldn´t find another one with additional info.

Here's what Angolia says in his book "Political & Civil Awards of the Third Reich". Although he states it only came in a dull grey metal I have found it was also awarded in silver.

Weitze has about six of these listed between 75 and 90 Euro. His are all silver colored or aluminum or zinc.
