    Early Motor SA Insignia

    Here are some very early Motor SA Collar Tabs that I picked up several years ago along with an NSKK Standartenfuhrer's photobook and shoulder boards. Have any of you seen this large style collar tabs before?

    Great set. I don't locate Motorstandarte 123 yet, but M23 was part of Gruppe Ostmark. This match with the goldon pips and the background color of the tab. They simple add an extra 1 when they formed a new Standarte in the same SA Gruppe.

      Hi, in "NSKK Anzugsordnung 11 Januar 1935" there was two NSKK Motorbrigaden with pink (rosarot) collar tabs and cap tops :
      Berlin-Brandenburg with silver buttons
      Ostmark with gold buttons
      The later NSKK Motorstandarte 23 (+- 1938) was not located in Austria but at Frankurt/Oder.
