I am new to all this, but it seems that if original, it would have been an SA badge - maybe a sports badge? It looks somehow simmilar to this, in the positioning of the swastika and the dagger cutting through it. Wait for the more knowledgeable to say something about it.

It's not a SA sportbadge but one of the many tinnies that excist; small badges that were sold for contributions at special events etc... For which specific ocasion this tinnie was sold, I don't know. That's for the tinnie-experts.
