I bought the tinnie 25 years ago in Germany and I have no clue what it is. As you can see it has a gear cog and wheat stalks crossed behind them. Is this a WWII tinnie or something else?

Finally, I can be of help to you! I am from the Czech Republic and this tinnie is from a city named Plzeň in the west of the Czech Republic. ZKD Plzeň is a holding operating primarily in small grocery business in the Czech Republic. To me, it seems it could be back from the communist times. The symbol in the middle was often used to represent labour during communism. Pretty nice badge
