What can you say about that medal? Is that a hunting medal or something?

You are correct. It is a German Hunting Assoc. medal. This organization is still around today. Is it a table medal size?

Table medal? Sorry, I don`t get it, I`m not good at medals at all.

But the size is about 8-10cm in dia.

A table metal is one that isn't meant to be worn but displayed on a shelf or desk. Yours appears to never been issued as there isn't any inscription to the recipient in the area provided under the stags head. A very nice item to have in ones collection.
