The one on the left is an early NSKOV (veteran's association) badge of some sort - perhaps for a donation or service in city of Breslau. The otherone is an early SA Sport Event commerative tinny for vets of WWI (Welt Kampfe)?. Unusual to say the least.

The SA example on the right is an eastern European fantasy casting of an SA tinnie. The originals are sharply defined pin back badges, whereas the copies are always sewn to a wool oval.
I don't know about the other--I've never seen an example like that.
