I don't know about expert, but the German language does also use "No." as an abbrevaition for "number", even though the German word for number is "Nummer". Don't know why.

I've never seen "No." used as an RZM license number prefix, but the badge has a nice look to it. Without an "M1/" prefix, that would place it in early 1935, before the standards were strictly set down.

The cloth is a little more troubling. The RZM mark is wrong with the complete circle, which should have a gap between the legs of the "M". It's also very big. I thought it could be a remnant from a bolt of RZM-approved cloth, stamped with the RZM approval, then made into an armband (? is it an armband or somethign else?). I've seen cloth with larger stamps made into items of NSDAP clothing, but this doesn't look the same.

Hello I dont realy like the rzm stamp . Do you have any other pics? Have you black light tested it?

The RZM stamp aside, I wondered if the 134 is a Bann number.
