Political high ranking armband

Just picked this up. Is it an Ortsgruppe armband or something else? The top and bottom piping is not blue, but appears to be white. Not really in my collecting area...

white would be for the Kreis level, though I have never seen an embroidered armband like that. On mine the center oaks are a sewn in strip

A view of the reverse, you can see the stiching for the center strip of oaks. I would be interested in hearing a verdict on yours from someone who is more knowledgeable.

IMO the armband in #1 is a fake. It is not made anything like period armbands.
