Period metal head of AH, or replica?

Hello,
I got this head today. I totally doesn't fit in my collection, but it came with a large number of ww2 german dokuments and I didn't pay anything for it.

I know that these have been mass reproduced. (if they ever existed), and that the value is low.

Otherwise it does look very old , so I just wwant to be sure if he's original or not.
Who can help me?

Here's the closest image I could find like the one you have these could be hung as is or mounted to a piece of wood.
