first pic is for a receipt for payment of a disabled/invalid insurance...

It's at first the statutory pension insurance for workers and employees and just in second line a disabled insurance of a state in Germany (Landesversicherungsanstalt ~ state insurance agency).
In case of a worker or employee of the federal government it was the Reichs- later Bundesversicherungsanstalt f******252;r Arbeiter und Angestellte (BfA), today it is mixed up, federal and state agencies are one authority (my wife is working in this business).
