In my opinion, definitey fake! A genuine SS-zivilabzeichen must have a thinner, silverd inner circle than the outside circle. The badge must be also slightly convec (like a little contact lens). For so far I now where they only made by the manufacturer Höfstatter, Bonn and when in real silver by the famous Gahr company.
