I think these are SA items? Any one knows what they are and there worth?? I don't collect cloth so I'm clueless about there worth or what they are for sure. Thanks in advance for any help!!

This is a collar tabs in rank of obertruppfuhrer of SA group Thuringen.
IMO SA man was leader or instructor(it's more truly) of schools and depots of the cheif of the education and cultural service. Perhaps it was Motor SA school.
