HJ Badges (opinions please)

I purchased both of these several years ago at the MAX show in Pittsburgh. I'm looking to sell, however wanted to have opinions prior to placing them up for sale. The enameled HJ membership pin is RZM marked M1/143, and the HJ Proficiency badge in Bronze is marked M1/36.
