Not sure about the oak leaf branch, but...

...the medal showing Hindenburg and Hitler seems to commemorate the day that Hitler was named Chancellor (January 30) and also the day that the Nazi Party gained control of the Reichstag (March 5), allowing them to pass a series of "Enabling Acts" that led to Hitler's taking dictatorial control of the land.

By the way, I love it and if you decide to sell, please let me know!

I can't quite make out the fourth word

but I think it's "gesinnt", which would make the whole thing translate something like "For free convictions and a proud Germany".

Which would make sense at that point in time, as Hitler and his cronies were still somewhat obsequious when it came to Hindenburg in 1933.

Geeintes could be "in agreement" like "Wir sind uns einig", we are in agreement. Perhaps the medal is trying to say that Hitler and Hindenhurg are a united front, or share the same agenda, or are of one mind on the issues. Cheers, Chris B.

The text is:

Für ein freies, geeintes und stolzes Deutschland

and is translated best:

For a free, united and proud Germany.

united in the sense of all its parts within one border again (as after WW2 the BRD)- hitlers goal which he later tried to archieve .. austria, schlesien etc....
