For my friend who is not good in english (or maybe to shy...)I want to post this. He has three of those, years 1936, 1937 and 1939. He knows it';s for championship is stenografhie but that's about it.

Anybody who knows more about it, mainly for whatever years those where awarded?

Nice badges your friend has Dietrich, I've often wondered myself what these were awarded for. I wonder whether it was for speed in writing in the short hand script or perhaps typing etc?
