    Tinnie or hat eagle

    I received a few of these in a US vet lot but have never seen anything quite like them before - are they tinnies or officer hat eagles ? Each is about 2 inches wide by 3/4 inches high (1-1/4" with the pin) and originally were a copperish-gold (now oxidized). Also what value would they have?, any help would be greatly appreciated.

      These are Kreigsmarine "Donald Duck" cap eagles. Should be valued at $20 or so.
