    NS-Studentenbund

I have for sale this NS-Studentenbund pin and need some opinions about it.

It´s mm "GES.GESCH", under each red enamel are two rows with 6 points. I think it´s good, also the black and white enamel is perfect.

My belief is these should always be RZM'd, since the NSDStB was a "directly-controlled" body of the NSDAP ("Gliederung der NSDAP") subject to the RZM, and the NSDStB was created after the RZM came into effect.

Stephen, Is there not also a "standard" number of dots in the red enamel? I vaguely remember a discusion about that a while back. Don or james may know. Have a nice weekend. Robert

            Hi Robert,

Yes - the large pin like this one usually has ten dots per red field in a 2X5 pattern. The smaller stickpin version has 4 or five dots per red field in single row. I count 12 in the above picture.

Here's are my badges and a brief discussion elsewhere:

Now that's embarrassing, I'd forgotten that thread

              Cheers
