Sports badge?

Hello, need some help on this one, badges are not my area of knowledge. I believe it is a sports badge, what is the special meaning of it? Is it original, and what would the value be if it is? I am cleaning out my odds and ends for trading material and just kinda need some help on a few things.

Appears to be an original Bronze version with repaired catch.
Value? Maybe 25-30 bucks.

This is the SA-Sportsbadge Typ 2, numbered. I think it´s Berg&Nolte AG Lüdenscheid.

It looks original with repaired catch (maybe next time better photos, especially the backside).

Worth in bronce 25 -45 $.
