SS pin fake?

Yes, this is a reproduction and one that is still commercially available and sold as a reproduction.

The SS-ZA pins look very different and did not have any of the markings shown on the reverse.

Actually not even a reproduction - this badge never existed with the white enamel runes.

The SS-Zivilabzeichen was in stickpin format only, much smaller and black enamel on silver. They were never RZM marked and were only marked to its two makers - Otto Gahr or Hoffstatter.
