need your help please

i am looking at a large collection of 77 pieces a lot of tinnies and otherr things that i know something about but the price is based largely on these four items i need opinions please and an estimate of what they might be worth i will be selling most of the stuff if i can get it thank you frank vitale
this is marked on the ring "900" and across the other side "21" the hole in the center is the only problem that i can tell it must of had the crosssed swords attatchment?

the cloth is pretty stained up the metal tag is 3 1/2 inches across

this is not part of the collection but is also from the same man what do you think of it? i am a little suspicious of the rivets they are actualy below the surface not above it like other pics i have seen
