    real or fake?!?

I just bought the following items on a market. I'd like to know how to recognize whether they're real or not and what they're worth (real or fake).

    - A "Deutschland Erwache 1933" party pin. The front is in mint condition. The back has turned black/brown around the area of the pin and the "GES GESCH" text. Markings contain of the aformentionned "GES GESCH" (no dots) and "RZM".

    - An Iron Cross First class. Some spots of black paint are missing, especially on the swastika and the 1939. This includes the very bottom of the swastika, which is looks a bit copperish. The border that's around the black area also has this copperish look, though to a lesser degree. The back is not significantly damaged and only contains a little rectangle hard to read make on the pin itself. I can't figure out what it's supposed to be.

    - A Hitler Youth knive. The leather part of the scabbard is in mint conditionn, however the metal parts that are attached to the leather show obvious signs of rust. The metal part of the scabbard misses some small patches of paint. The knife itself is in good condition, with minor rust spots on the bottom of the blade. Markings are the "Blut und Ehre!" text, the "RZM" logo and "M7/38". Markings do not appear to be very deep.

Unfortunately, I do not have a digital camera to take any pictures of the items in question. I would greatly appreciate to see any high quality pictures of real ones and fake ones to compare them. All three items were sold as being genuine, however due to the quality of the leather of the HY knife and the cooperish look of a part of the Iron Cross I strongly suspect them being fakes.

I guess the best way for this to happen would be to find a way to take and post photos of the items you have or to search the forum for information of which there will be loads available...other than that there would always be the option of forum members writing 'war and peace' sized replies to your questions and I think it might be a little tricky to find people willing to do that...good luck. Cheers, Torsten.
