Not Sure Where to Post This One

    Hi Guys,
All things antique intrigue me, so I could not pass this one up. I don't know if it would actually work or not, but I don't think I would chance it ! The only other that I have seen is here:http://www.museumofworldwarii.com/To...seofNazism.htm

wow,not seen anything like that before...?? but, I did not know that bayonet bulb fittings were ever in use in Germany?? I thought it has always been threaded fittings??...threaded is certainly the standard fitting in Europe (apart from the UK) today, but maybe 70 years ago it was different?? or maybe this bulb is a British Fashist item?? Or maybe I am wrong...?? Cheers, Torsten.

      Torsten,
Your guess is as good as mine! I do not know of it's history. Yet.
      Thank you for your input!

This is a 30's era nazi-kitsch christmas lightbulb (somewhat a rare item indeed!) keep it well protected from damage...do you want to sell it???
