As you can see, it exist, and is a beautyfull badge, but unfortunately it was not made during Third Reich.
It´s a pity.

I'm sure if these were real the price would rival a GOlden Party Badge, and most likely many holders of these would be Golden Party badges, so they would add a golden rim to the ss rim, and this badge would probably cost 10,000+
