Without better images, it is difficult to comment on this jacket. However, it is not an Ordensburg tunic but appears to be a Reichs level NSDAP tunic. One must question the high ranking collar tabs with the musician swallows nests.

Not sure what that armband is supposed to be. From the tiny picture it looks like solid gold ribbon (no oakleaves).
