Which eagle you like better?? Help please.

Hi all, i really want to acquire these items,
but running short on money so i have to pass either one.
I just want an authentic swas eagle for display,
either it's a finial or a bust suit me the same.

I am not into these eagle things, so which one do you thing is a better buy?
Also what's HB?P Mark stands for??
