Authenticity Check

I have these two pins I would like to have checked out. I'm sorry about the pictures not being too clear, I took them this morning in a rush, will post better pics if needed.

First is an NSDAP party pin.

Now the back markings is what got me thinking. Has anyone ever seen these markings ? RZM & 90 Ges. Gesch.

Next is a painted Hitler Youth pin

Now here is the reverse. Is this pin retaining setup correct? We do see this setup in tinnies, but would this be correct for an HJ pin ?
