10 years Long Service Award NSDAP

Just received a NSDAP Long Service Award. It’s a light one, only 13,8 gr. The Marker Mark is 7. Please take a look at it and tell me your opinions.

I think it is original. But I don´t like the lack in the upper arm of the cross, in the anverse.
Anycase, an original, from my point of view.
