Can someone tell me what this is? It has remnants of a siver finnish and just seems to good to be discarded off as a fantasy - but you tell me?

Never seen one before, but I do not like that screw fixing...... A lot of the new fantasy & fake pieces coming out of Poland have those.

There is a pin like this in Heering & H******252;sken's Handbook so at lest it's based on a authentic piece, but they don't say anything about how it's attached. I do agree with Don on what we are seeing coming out of Poland lately.

Thanks for your comments. I agree that this screwback is usually a sign of a polish fantasy but theres just something that puzzels me here and that is that I have seen many a fantasypiece and they are all very badly made. This one is good quality, buntmetall, remains of silver finnish, nice enamel job. The fantasypieces is also usually quite large and this one is just a couple of cm. high!

Well time will tell if this, for sure is a fantasy!
