What do think of this ribbon bar?

I picked this up at the show in San Jose yesterday. I know nothing about these. I did look in the form and at Niemann's price guide page 289 and saw something close...but. The seller has always had good item in the past and I think did not really know what this was...he is an older guy long time collecter. I did show it to Roger Bender & Ed Anderson. They were unsure. So what do you think?

This is supposed to be the Feldherrnhalle in Munich so I guess the idea is that this is a mini for the blood order but I think this is fantasy.

Agreed with Terry,that is what it is trying to be. I am a little confused as collectors have mostly said that the blood order never had a ribbon bar attatchment ,of course the ribbon was worn on the right hand side breast pocket around the button. So can someone tell me what Detlev is saying about it in his book please,as I do not yet have it [been waiting for Stuttgart to pick it up in person !]
