Sport or political bronze plaques

Hi I would like to ask if anyone know if something like that exist during third reich periode.Are these plaques related to that periode and what these are.The guy itself looking German or at least his haircut...Thanks for your help in advance.

To my eye these are definitely sports related is there anything inscribed on the reverse?

No nothing inscribed back just flat and plain.What do you think is it possible that these two pieces are from third reich periode or after 1945 periode.

Just judging from the style of design I would say early thirties.
