Stickpin question????

I was wondering if anyone has seen this stickpin before and if so what the age of it is? It is "Deutscher Schutzenbund-Luftgewehr Jugen" stickpin. It does not have the Imperial crown as some of the older ones have. It is maker makred Ges. Gesch. ST & L. on the back. Any help would be nice! Thanks, Mike
