Looks like it's a very nice mothers cross.

The mother's cross came in 3 grades:
Gold 8 or more children
Silver 6 to 7 children
Bronze 4 to 5 children

If I recall correctly around 3 million mother crosses were awarded, though I don't think I have ever seen exact numbers for each category.

This award was to push women to have more children following the heavy toll of those who died in WWI, thus to solve the population problem.

The cross looks good and genuine .

Regarding price, I would say around 50€ for a gold mothers cross.
