Hello Stomper,
If I'm not mistaken the particular items you show were sold right here on the e-stand a while ago. I remember looking at them and wishing I had the money at the time to buy them. I have seen both the oval medallion and also the DLV porcelain disc before but never cased like this. It did cross my mind when I first saw them in the case that perhaps they were not original to the case but impressive looking items in any case. And I believe they were sold for a very decent price
