Can someone tell me more about this tinnie?

At the front you see a Luftwaffe eagle, and you see the words:

Lubeck Hubertus


He's 2 cm high and 1,5 cm wide.

I hope someone can help me!

He is in reality very detailed. He looks bad because of the flash of my camera.

For instance "Die heutige Bundespolizei-Unterkunft "<ABBR title=Doktor>Dr</ABBR>. Robert Lehr" in Lübeck-Sankt Hubertus wurde in den Jahren 1935 bis 1938 als Kasernenanlage für eine Luftnachrichteneinheit errichtet.

Ab 1942 waren in dieser Einrichtung Nachrichtenhelferinnen der Luftwaffe untergebracht."
