Edelweiss Badge ?

Hi guys

I have this edelweiss badge which appears to be made out of a plastic,its missing the rear pin and has the wording "REISELEITUNG LANGENMAIER" in german.

You thoughts would be most appreciated as i have no idea if its a WW2 issuse piece or simply a tourist souvenir badge.
