Unknown Tinnie - Please help ID

Hello,

what exactly is this Tinnie about ? Is it something genuine ? It feels like it's made out of plastic. The writing on the back reads "TORDOS/SIEBENBÜRGEN ; NORDISCH-INDOGERMANISCH UM 2300 V.D. ZTR."
I would really love to find out more about this "strange" looking tinnie.

It is a bakelite tinnie from a WHW (Winterhilfswerk) series on Germanic archeological history.

Unfortunately it is considered pretty common. You can find these at most flea markets in Germany for $1 to $3.
