Time period Advice

My fellow collectors
I am able to purchase this nice badge for a very reasonable price. I found it in the Husken book in the Natur Und Umwelt section. Could someone tell me what organization it is and its' time period. I'll post the real thing when I get it. Enamelists will love the yellowish-orange pebbling of the background. Thank you all. Robert

Its a mountaineering/rambler type club membership badge (Wanderverein)...the Fichtelgebirge is mostly situated in North-East Bavaria...not entirely sure about the time period, but I would have thought it is from the 1930's...Cheers, Torsten.

Torsten, Thanks for your help. Well I jst got back from the antiques market and this was bouncing around in my pocket for 2 hours. Just imagine its' value if it had a little swats on it somewhere!! I guess I will place it in my sports and liesure riker box. Here it is.
