Anyone know what this is?

I believe this to be Deutsche Jugend related. Does anyone know exactly what it is? It is made of flat aluminum wire on black wool badge cloth.

it looks like an armpatch worn by the Deutche Jungvolk, the 10-14 yo HJ division.
the patch was worn on the left shoulder under the district triangle.
I've seen these with a white "S" and a red background a lot.
According to the literature, the red ones are from Oberbann 1
the black one you present should be from Oberbann 5

To be honest I have never seen them in this form and I can say NOTHING about it being an original or not. The white lining around it looks strange to me.
