    NSDAP 25&15 year question

    Can anyone tell me if most ribbons on these badges glow on repos? Is it at least a good sign if they don't although not a for sure indicator? I picked one up in a group with an absolutely original ccc and panzer badge but don't know anything about these or ribboned medals. Any help or comment appreciated.
