Whilst the pics could be better, the student badge IS featured in Tieste,s tinnie books, second volume page 763, so apparently not just a fantasy item.

Beware of some collectors bad mouthing badges just because they personally just don't like them, HJ Distinguished Foreigner badges and some Deutschland Erwache pins spring to mind.

Just my opinion of course, but that student pin would stay with me until I saw an absoulute known original.

p.s. Tieste gives the value then as 80euro, so say 90/100euro now maybe.

I would say from what I can see from the pictures the NSDAP membership badge is good but IM not familler enough with the Student badge to give an opinion on it.
