Hi Darrell, it is the Flemish version of the "SS-FM" stick pin. I cannot remember the name for the "BL" now as it is late

But is was for people who donated money to the SS in Flanders.

BL stands for 'Beschermend Lid' and I don't think this is a Flemish pin but a Dutch one!
