    Can someone help me with this, haven't got a glue as to what it is?

    More than likely it was for the Deutscher Pfadfinderbund (DPB - German Pathfinders), the Scouting organization.

      I have one just like it and it is listed on page 347 of Andre Huesken's book as one of the many "unbekannte" or unknown pins.
