Political Eagle Markings?

Dear Forummembers,
Can someone please tell me about the ins and outs on RZM and/or makermarkings on the political (small/early up to final bigger version) eagles?
I know the later (bigger) version was usually marked, but some say the earlier (little) eagles are not marked, others say the were definately marked?? What's correct? Thanks in advance for responding!

In my opinion if they were made before 1935 they wouldn't be RZM marked because the RZM was not established till late 34 early 1935.

I hold on to the same idea up until now, do you or one of the other forum members maybe have a picture example of an original market (or unmarked) early (small) political eagle? The early eagles offered on several of the websites are mostly all of a different appearence, all unmarked up till now (all pre-1935?) and I haven't seen an eagle that's convincing enough and no comparison eagle of which I know is original.
