Maker marked by C. Poellath Silber 900 on the rim. Any feedback on this one appreciated. What are these two guys doing? Are they assessing crop damage?

John, I would say 50th Aniiversary of insurance company and the 2 gents are possibly surveying some kind of wind/hail damage. Just an educated guess though. Interesting badge by the way. Robert hit it. "Hagel" is "hail", so it's for the 50th anniversary of a Bavarian hail insurance company. Fortunately for collectors they couldn't insure against swastika infestations.
