party badges

Hello guys,
i have four party badges, two have RZM marks and two dont. I have bought them all from estand so do not doubt any of them, but i would like to know why some have this mark and others do not. I apologise if this seems like a daft question but i am relatively new to collecting and am keen to learn as much as poss. Thanks for any help!

The Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) wasn't established until late 1934 and from 1935 till the end of the war they were responsible for the quality control of all NSDAP related items and any company that wanted to do business with them was given a RZM code number which was stamped on most items made by that company and they had to conform to the standards of the RZM or lose their permission to manufacture these items. Prier to that time there was no strict control of these company's and they produced items to the best of their ability without tight government control.
