It is a so called transitional type which would say that it is between the time when they were markes Ges. Gesch. and the RZM 1/... times.

This example of the NSDAP Membership Badge was produced by the firm of Otto Schickle of Pforzheim, a town in Gau Württemberg-Hohenzollern known for watchmaking and jewelry...of which this piece is a fine example.

Probably very early 1935, after RZM license numbers were issued and before the M1 prefix was created.
