Can you see any sign of adhesive on the reverse of either tab? There would have been an RZM tag on one of these pieces when they were created.

not for me.
not saying they're post -45 but i've seen this style before. there are tons of these staff tabs floating around in this rank. sit tight till you get a shot at a more conventionally embroidered pair.
