NSDAP collar tabs and rank

Been offered a NSDAP uniform grouping and would like to know your opinion about those collar tabs and the possible rank, not my collecting field but i love them.

Not so sure about those tabs- bumps under the wings!

At the second look , but I think its the angle of the picture. Could you please post a pic straight from the top of the tabs? This will clear it up. The bumps have been discussed often with both endings..

they are post war knock offs, no pebbling around swastika either
