The placement of the 4 pips on the collar tabs is incorrect and I have never seen another period pair of tabs with pips placed this way.

I agree. According to the post 1939 Org Books, the pips should be somewhat squared in position up closer to the eagle. And these pips appear silver in color. They should be gold for the rank of Ober-Gemeinschaftsleiter. The brassard doesn't appear to give him much position of authority as Leiter of a Stelle, given his rank.

I had my eye on this one too. But it read like it had some postwar attached buttons and insignia. Although as I reread the description I am not so sure. Anyways I posted the original sales ad and also a few close ups of the tabs front and back. I screenshot’ed them from Ratisbons so they are not the best quality.

Thanks for the opinions, so you think the collar tabs are good reproductions? or just wrong for this tunic?
i have no problems with Postwar attached insignia and collar tabs.
as long its period originals and correct for this tunic as it say in the sales information from
                ratisbon.

The tunic has the pre 1939 red piping, while the tabs and armband have the post 39 wine colored piping. That is often seen during the period, where they just upgraded the tunic with post 39 insignia but did not change the collar piping.
The armband should be a Hauptstelle, one rank higher, for the tabs.
The tabs are main issue, either made with parts or post war, can't say from pictures.

Are the tabs really machine sewn to the collar? The zig-zag stitching is collar reinforcement.

They appear to be hand-tacked on per these photos.

So the only thing original and correct is the tunic and piping? Everything else in description was added?

It looks to me like it did not sell.

Or am I reading the listing wrong?

Got this reply ,i am no expert at all on this uniforms

"There were many non-textbook uniform and headgear facts which are confirmed by original photos. Obviously pips are usually not placed like this but the tunic is original in all parts"

I agree. It looks like originally these tabs had only two upper pips, two lower pips added to the tabs for who knows why. And in my opinion the two pip tabs would be appropriate for this armband.
